Technical Support

We offer IT services for individuals. This includes the installation and troubleshooting of hardware and open-source software. We generally will not work on problems involving closed-source or proprietary software (e.g. Microsoft Windows or Apple Mac OS). There is no charge for this assistance, but donations are appreciated.

We do not offer virus and spyware removal, but we can give you advice on how to solve and prevent these problems.

We do not offer on-site or drop-off service. You must bring your computer to us and stay with it while we work on it.
