Donation-based tech support is available on Sundays from 1:00 p.m. – 5:00 p.m. , Fridays from 3:00 p.m. – 7:00 p.m., and Saturdays from 9:00 a.m. – 1:00 p.m. at Free I.T. Athens.

NON-PROFIT ORGANIZATIONS AND COMMUNITY GROUPS
We offer donation-based tech support and consulting services for non-profit organizations and community groups. We are particularly interested in helping organizations set up public computer labs and wireless networks. Contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org with your needs to see how we can help.
We offer donation-based technical support to individuals. This includes the installation and troubleshooting of hardware and free software.
We generally will not work on problems involving non-free software (e.g. Microsoft Windows or Apple Mac OS). However, for a minimum $10.00 donation we will run a basic diagnosis on your ailing Windows or Mac machine and advise possible solutions.
We don’t offer virus/malware/ransomware/spyware removal services, but we can give you advice on how to solve and prevent these problems.
We do not offer home-visit or drop-off tech support. You must bring your computer to the Free I.T. Athens work space and stay with the device for the duration of the support session. It’s a great opportunity to learn!
